§ 1
Information on the collection of personal data


1.1 Hereinafter, we inform you on the collection of personal data when using our online shops. Personal data is all data relating to you personally, such as name, address, e-mail-addresses, users’ behavior.

1.3 As far as we obtain the consent of the data subject for the processing of personal data, Art. 6 (1) point (a) EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the legal basis.

If processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, Art. 6 (1) point (b) GDPR is the legal basis. This also applies to processing in order to take steps prior to entering into a contract.

As far as the processing of personal data is necessary for the compliance with a legal obligation to which our company is subject to, Art. 6 (1) point © GDPR is the legal basis.

 In case the data processing is necessary in order to protect an interest, which is essential for the life of the data subject or of another natural person, Art. 6 (1) point (d) GDPR is the legal basis.


1.4 If the data processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by our company or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, Art. 6 (1) f GDPR is the legal basis.


1.5 Personal data of the data subject is erased or made unavailable, as soon as the purpose of the storage does no longer apply. Any storage may continue afterwards, if stipulated by the European or national legislative body in union regulations. laws or other provisions the controller is subject to. Data is also blocked or erased, if a period of data storage stipulated by the aforementioned provisions runs out, except for the existence of the necessity of further storage of data for the purpose of entering into or performance of a contract.


1.6 If you contact us via e-mail or contact form, we will store the data you provide (e.g. your e-mail-address, your name and phone number) to answer your questions. We will erase any data received in this relation after the storage is no longer necessary or restrict the processing, if any legal preservation duties exist.


1.7 Below, we will inform you of such activities, if we engage service providers for certain functions of our webspace or if we would like to use your data for advertising purposes. In doing so, we will also inform you about the criteria of the term of storage.

Your rights


2.1 You have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

• right to information,
• right to rectification or erasure,
• right to restriction of processing,
• right to object to processing,
• Right to data portability.


2.2 You also have the right to complain to the data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us.

 

§ 3
Collection of personal data when visiting our website


3.1 In the case of a purely informational use of the website, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we will only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data which is technically necessary for us to display our website and to ensure its stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 point (f) GDPR):

• IP address
• date and time of the request
• time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
• content of the request (specific page)
• access status / HTTP status code
• respective amount of data transferred
• website from which the request originates
• browser
• operating system and its interface
• language and version of the browser software.


3.2 The data will be erased as soon as they are no longer necessary for the purpose of their collection. In the case of collecting the data for providing the website, this is the case when the respective session is completed. In the case of storing the data in log files, this is the case after no more than seven days. An exceeding storage is possible. In this case, the IP addresses of the users are erased or alienated, so that an assignment of the calling client is no longer possible.


3.3 In addition to the aforementioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive and assigned to the browser you are using and by which the body that sets the cookie (here through us) receives certain information. Cookies cannot run programs or transmit viruses to your computer. They ‘re designed to make our website more user-friendly and effective in general.


3.4 Use of cookies:

a) This website uses the following types of cookies, the scope and operation of which are explained below:

• transient cookies (see b)
• persistent cookies (see c).


b) Transient cookies - also called session cookies - are automatically deleted when you close the browser. These cookies store a so-called session ID, with which various requests from your browser can be assigned to the mutual session. This will allow your computer to be recognized when you return to our website.


c) Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period, which may differ depending on the cookie. You can delete the cookies in the security settings of your browser at any time.


d) You can configure your browser setting according to your wishes and for example decline the acceptance of third-party cookies or all cookies. Please be aware that you may not be able to use all features of this site.


e) We use cookies to identify you for follow-up visits.

More features and offers of our website


4.1 In addition to the purely informational use of our website, we offer various services that you can use if you are interested. To do this, you will generally need to provide other personal data that we use to provide the service and for which the aforementioned data processing principles apply.


4.2 In part, we use external service providers to process your data. These have been carefully selected and are commissioned by us, are bound by our instructions and are inspected regularly.


4.3 Furthermore, we may disclose your personal data to third parties, if contracts or similar services are offered by us together with partners. You’ll receive more information, when giving your personal data or below in the description of the offer.


4.4 Insofar as our service providers or partners are located in a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we inform you about the consequences of this circumstance in the description of the offer.

Opposition or revocation against the processing of your data


5.1 If you have given your consent to the processing of your data, you can withdraw this at any time. Such withdrawal will affect the legitimacy of the processing of your personal data after you have declared it to us.


5.2 Insofar as we base the processing of your personal data on the balance of interests, you may object to the processing. This is the case if, in particular, the processing is not required to fulfill a contract with you, which we describe in each case in the following description of the functions. In the event of such an objection, we ask you to explain the reasons why we should not process your personal data as we have done. In the case of your justified objection, we will examine the situation and will either discontinue or adapt the data processing or point out to you our mandatory legitimate reasons on which we continue the processing.

§ 6
Use of our web shop


6.1 If you wish to order from our web shop, it is necessary for the conclusion of the contract that you provide your personal data, which we need for the processing of your order. Mandatory information necessary for the execution of the contracts is marked clearly, further details are voluntary. We process the data provided by you to process your order. For this we can pass on your payment data to our firm’s bank. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1, point (b) GDPR.

 You can voluntarily create a customer account, through which we can store your data for later purchases. Since our web shop is not public, please contact our web shop administrator to create a customer account: P.Niestroj@Zanuso.de. If you want to delete data, please contact him as well.

 We may also process the information you provide to inform you of other interesting products from our portfolio or to send you e-mails with technical information.


6.2 We are required by commercial and tax law to store your address, payment and order data for a period of ten years. However, after two years we are restricting processing, i.e. your data will only be used to comply with legal obligations.


6.3 In order to prevent unauthorized access by third parties to your personal data, in particular financial data, the ordering process is encrypted using TLS technology.
